Job Description

Handle cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions.


Generate and process customer bills accurately.


Manage POS billing system and ensure all orders are entered correctly.


Verify cash received and provide correct change.


Maintain daily cash and sales records.


Reconcile cash, card and UPI collections at the end of each shift.


Handle refunds, discounts and void bills as per company policy.


Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams regarding billing issues.


Prepare daily cash closing and submit reports to management/accounts.


Maintain proper documentation of all transactions.


Ensure the cash counter is clean, organised and secure.


Report any discrepancy in cash or billing immediately to the concerned manager.


Provide good customer service and handle billing-related queries professionally.
