Recovery Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Collection Executive based at the All India Institute of Occult Science in New Delhi. The Revenue Collection Executive will be responsible for monitoring fee payments, following up with learners and clients on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collection through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. The role includes maintaining accurate records of transactions, reconciling payment data with finance systems, and preparing regular collection and outstanding reports for management. The role also involves handling basic finance documentation, adhering to organizational processes, and providing courteous, professional communication to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with students for pending payments and outstanding dues.
• Make regular calls and send WhatsApp/email reminders for payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, pending payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for payment verification and reconciliation.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue collection targets.
• Prepare collection reports and share regular updates with management.
• Resolve payment-related queries and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts and maintain proper documentation.
• Update payment status in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Support the team in improving collection processes and reducing outstanding payments.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in collection, revenue, telecalling, sales, loan recovery or a similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making regular follow-up calls.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is must.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve collection targets and work independently.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven and target-based role.
• Should be comfortable with daily outbound calling
