Job Description
Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and business associates in a professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for lead generation, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer feedback.
Maintain and update customer data, call records, and visitor registers in the CRM or Excel.
Coordinate appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and other customer communications professionally.
Manage front desk operations, including receiving couriers, maintaining office records, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Support the sales team by sharing leads and coordinating with clients.
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
