Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Handle vendor sourcing, quotations, negotiation, and POs.
- Plan and coordinate imports, containers, loading, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts & Logistics.
- Track stock, purchase requirements, vendor performance, and deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS, and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant purchasing experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Import/container coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Strong Excel, negotiation, vendor management, and follow-up skills.
- Must be capable of independently handling the complete purchasing function.
