Job Description
👤 Candidate Requirements
* Male candidates only
* Retired professionals with relevant experience may also apply
* Minimum Graduate
* Good English communication and speaking skills
* Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting, etc.)
* Strong project coordination and management skills
* Candidates with experience in government projects / site coordination will be preferred
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
* Coordinate with project teams, site teams, and concerned officers
* Identify and arrange resolution of site shortfalls and requirements
* Resolve site-related issues and hindrances efficiently
* Coordinate for billing, documentation, and project-related approvals
* Attend meetings with clients, concerned officers, and project teams
* Regularly visit project sites and coordinate with government/client officers
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
* Maintain effective communication between the office, site team, clients, and government departments
