Pattern Master – Indo-Western Women’s Wear

Own Adaa is looking for a skilled Pattern Master to join our team and bring our Indo-Western women’s wear designs to life. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, translating sketches into precise patterns, ensuring a perfect fit, and overseeing garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed manual patterns for both Indian and Western wear based on design sketches and specifications.
• Grade patterns and make necessary adjustments to improve fit and quality.
• Cut fabrics and garments as per patterns and design requirements.
• Work closely with designers to ensure all garments maintain high-quality standards and proper fit.
• Oversee garment construction and production, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Supervise tailors and stitching teams, ensuring patterns are executed with accuracy.
• Maintain quality control standards in pattern-making and garment fitting.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in manual pattern-making within a fashion house or garment export company.

✔ Expertise in manual pattern-making, grading, and garment construction.

✔ Strong understanding of fabric types, patterns, and garment fitting.

✔ Ability to cut fabrics, create high-end designs, and oversee garment production.

✔ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fit, drape, and finishing.

✔ Team player with the ability to collaborate with designers and production teams.
