Job Summary: This role focuses on appointment management, patient communication, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between patients and doctors to ensure clear and timely communication.

• Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations across all channels including phone, and digital platform).

• Guide patients through their treatment journey, including pre-visit instructions and follow-ups.

• Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

• Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.

• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment data.

• Uphold Clove Dental’s service quality, patient confidentiality, and compliance standards.

• Fresher with excellent communication skills or any graduate.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple appointments.

• Calm, empathetic, and professional approach in high-pressure situations.

• Good English communication skills are required.
