Packaging Boy / Girl

We are looking for a Packaging Executive / Packaging Boy-Girl to join our e-commerce operations team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately packing customer orders, ensuring product quality, preparing shipments, and maintaining smooth day-to-day packaging operations.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPack e-commerce orders according to company packaging standards.
• Check product, colour, quantity, SKU, and order details before packing.
• Ensure wallets, belts, sunglasses, accessories, and other products are properly packed and protected.
• Apply shipping labels, barcodes, tags, and other required packaging materials correctly.
• Perform quality checks before handing orders over for dispatch.
• Handle products carefully to avoid scratches, damage, or packaging defects.
• Maintain proper stock of boxes, pouches, labels, tapes, cards, and other packaging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging and dispatch area.
• Coordinate with warehouse and order-processing teams for timely order dispatch.
• Follow daily packing targets and ensure orders are completed within the required timelines.
• Assist in inventory checking, product sorting, and warehouse-related activities when required.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain accuracy in every order.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the concerned team AND SOFTWARE immediately.
• Preferred Skills Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Basic knowledge of product SKUs, barcodes, and order processing is preferred.
• Team player with a responsible and hardworking attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior packaging/warehouse experience is an advantage.
