About the Role
Join as an Operations Executive and develop into the backbone that keeps our sales and field teams running smoothly — coordinating activity, tracking performance, and making sure campaigns runs without a hitch. Real responsibility, real impact — not a desk job you forget about.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily activities between sales, field, and management teams
- Track and report performance data (MIS, targets, attendance, campaign numbers)
- Support planning and on-ground execution of ongoing campaigns and operations
- Lead from the front and be a part of the impact
What We're Looking For
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Graduation not required — we care about effort, not degrees
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask — with or without experience, this role is for you
