Job Description
- Conduct research and outreach via phone, including cold calling for partnerships, vendors, and leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for alert calls that come in during the day — coordinating the appropriate response calmly and quickly.
- Run wellness check-in calls with elderly clients, holding genuine, attentive conversations that build trust and surface early signs of concern.
- Support general office and administrative operations as needed.
