Job Description
Office Boy / Office Assistant
Job Purpose: Maintain cleanliness and support daily office operations by assisting staff with basic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and dust workstations, desks, furniture, and common areas daily
- Sweep/mop floors and empty trash bins regularly
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry/kitchen area, including washing cups and utensils
- Restock kitchen supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks) as needed
- Run errands (post office, bank, deliveries) when required
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and other basic office support tasks
- Open/close office
- Report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.)
