Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Nike products and services.

• Build product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and the latest collections.

• Support daily store operations, including billing, cash handling, inventory replenishment, and stock organization.

• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready to welcome customers at all times.

• Participate in store events, promotions, and team activities.

• Follow all company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

• Work collaboratively with store teammates to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, or equivalent)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for customer service, retail, and sports/lifestyle brands.

Preferred Skills

• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Basic computer and billing system knowledge is an added advantage.

Work Environment

• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business requirements.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing activities such as bending, lifting, reaching, climbing ladders, and stocking merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
