Key Responsibilities

·       Target

Achievement: Ensure monthly service, sales, and operational targets are met across all assigned network partners and workshops.

·       Process

Coordination: Streamline standard operating procedures and communication between regional showrooms and affiliated service workshops.

·       Network

Expansion & Evaluation: Monitor infrastructure, customer service standards, and performance metrics during regular field visits to outlets across Delhi.

·       Issue

Resolution: Maintain robust follow-ups with service teams, workshop managers, and regional partners to resolve customer or technical bottlenecks promptly.

·       Reporting: Compile comprehensive performance reports detailing visit findings, target achievements, and areas for service improvement.

Candidate Requirements

·       Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a relevant discipline.

·       Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive retail, dealer network management, or two-wheeler service operations.

·       Skills: Strong leadership, analytical reporting, and local route familiarity for regular field travel across the Delhi/NCR region.
