Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, OEMs, and other healthcare markets.
- Promote and sell the company's medical devices, equipment, and healthcare solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the product development, production, quality, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows to promote company products.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate customer training where required.
