Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded individual who can help us grow our online business through website management, advertising creatives, product videos and social media content.

Your responsibilities1. Shopify Website Management

• Manage and update our Shopify website.
• Design homepage banners, promotional sections and collection pages.
• Create and improve product pages with compelling visuals and descriptions.
• Improve website presentation, mobile experience and shopping journey.
• Coordinate minor website customisations and technical improvements.

2. Graphic Design & Meta Ad Creatives

• Design high-quality Meta advertisements, carousels and product infographics.
• Create visually engaging product advertisements.
• Develop different creative concepts, hooks and variations for ad testing.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

3. Video Production & UGC Content

• Shoot and edit product demonstration videos and Instagram Reels.
• Develop UGC-style content, product storytelling and creative video hooks.
• Create content showcasing product benefits, features and use cases.
• Use AI tools to improve creative production and editing workflows.
• Coordinate with cat parents and external creators for UGC content.

4. Social Media Management

• Manage CatBazaar's Instagram content calendar.
• Plan and publish Reels, posts and stories.
• Research trends and develop engaging content ideas.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Required skills2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C marketing or creative content production.
• Hands-on Shopify experience.
• Strong graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.
• Understanding of Instagram, Reels and Meta advertising formats.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools.
• Good visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
• PreferredExperience working with a D2C brand.
• Experience with product photography and video shooting.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, CTR, CPC and ROAS.
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML or CSS is an advantage, not mandatory.
• Experience with lifestyle, pet, fashion or consumer product brands.
