Manager/Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse management including inbound, storage, and outbound operations.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the warehouse & logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage inventory control with focus on accuracy, availability, and minimal wastage.
• Support demand forecasting and ensure timely availability of materials and consumables.
• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Operations, Admin, Clinical Teams) to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse / SCM management.
• Prior experience in Hospital / Healthcare sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
