Job Description
Lead Generation: नए customers, business owners और DSA partners से leads प्राप्त करना।
Customer Calling: Daily outbound और inbound calls करना।
Product Pitching: Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Car Loan और CGTMSE Loan की जानकारी देना।
Customer Handling: Customer की financial requirements समझना और suitable loan offer करना।
Eligibility Checking: CIBIL, banking, turnover, income और loan eligibility की प्राथमिक जांच करना।
Document Collection: KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, GST, ITR, bank statements एवं अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज लेना।
Follow-up: Interested customers से नियमित WhatsApp और telephone follow-up करना।
Login Coordination: Complete documents लेकर loan processing team को application submit करना।
