Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Repair & Refurbishing Engineer who has 1 year of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing used laptops and desktops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in laptops and desktops.
  • Repair or replace faulty components such as motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, etc.
  • Refurbish used laptops and desktops to make them ready for resale.
  • Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and necessary software.
  • Perform testing and quality checks before final dispatch.
  • Maintain records of repaired and refurbished systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding system specifications and availability.
