Key Account Executive

Key Account Manager – Sales Support & Business DevelopmentExperience: 2–3 years minimum

Industry: Automotive / Auto Components preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle OE customers and aftermarket dealers for day-to-day sales support and coordination.
• Manage order follow-up, order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Follow up for pending payments, statement of accounts, outstanding clearance, and reconciliation with customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through emails, calls, and reports.
• Prepare and share order status, outstanding, payment, and sales reports.
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
• Support new business development, customer acquisition, product introduction, and follow-ups for new requirements.
• Track customer requirements, quotations, enquiries, and ensure timely follow-up for conversion.
• Coordinate internally for new orders, samples, pricing, approvals, and commercial requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of customer-related activities.

Key Skills:

• Excellent customer handling & communication skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and sales reports
• Strong commercial understanding of orders, payments, outstanding, and statements
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate: Experience in automotive/OE customers, aftermarket distribution, or auto-component sales support will be preferred.
