Job Description
- Manage and maintain inventory, stock records, and overall store operations.
- Regularly check the factory and existing/old stock, ensure proper utilization, and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and proactively check and understand material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, quotations, and timely material availability.
- Prepare and maintain Proforma Invoices (PI) and track purchases, including quantities ordered, received, and pending..
- Use MS Excel and IndiaMART for inventory and procurement activities, along with regular phone/mobile coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Furniture/interior industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stock management skills.
- Should be proactive and capable of independently checking factory requirements without constant instructions.
