Interior Site Supervisor

Astha Interiors and Infrastructure is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior works, materials used in interior projects, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers, contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site execution and manpower.
• Should have good knowledge of interior works and materials used at site, including their application and installation.
• Understand and execute work as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and the Project Manager.
• Monitor work quality, site progress, manpower, and material consumption.
• Check site measurements and verify completed work as per BOQ.
• Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials at site.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
• Prepare and share daily progress updates with the Project Manager.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Maintain proper coordination and communication between the site team and Project Manager.
• Report any material, manpower, quality, or execution-related issues to the Project Manager promptly.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of interior site execution and materials.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQs.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors at site.
• Prior experience in interior projects/site supervision will be preferred.
