Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

Schedule interviews with the concerned hiring managers.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection process.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Manage offer and joining formalities.

Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Maintain a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
