Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, job advertising, sourcing, screening and interview coordination
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, references and other hiring channels
• Build connections with colleges, institutes and training centers for hiring and campus coordination
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain candidate records, follow-ups and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and joining processes
• Support hiring for multiple IT and Non-IT positions within the organization
