Job Description
HR & Payroll Manager
Company: Murliwala Aggarwal Sweets
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations for our organization with 150+ employees and multiple branches.
Responsibilities:
• Payroll processing and salary management
• Attendance, leave and shift management
• ESI, PF and statutory compliance
• Employee records and documentation
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff coordination
• Employee welfare and grievance handling
• Staff management for existing and new branches
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, ESI and PF
• Experience handling 100+ employees preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation
• Strong communication and staff management skills
• Must be able to commute daily to the workplace
Job Type: Full-time
Location: BADARPUR
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
