Job Description
Hiring for HR Executive II MBA OR BBA CANDIDATE I Kalindi Kunj II
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna app and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offers and assist with candidate onboarding.
- Update accurate hiring data and excel sheets and others data .
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and good time management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or MBA
Office Location - Near by Kalindi kunj metro station
Office timing - 9:30am to 6:30pm
Salary in Hand - 22k to 27k + Gifts
Working days - six
