Job Description
Hotel Attendant / Multi-Tasking StaffLocation: Dwarka / Rajapuri, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: As per experience, shift timings and applicable minimum-wage requirements
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to manage basic hotel operations.
- ResponsibilitiesCleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas
- Changing bedsheets, towels and preparing rooms for new guests
- Handling basic guest check-in and check-out
- Checking guest IDs and maintaining basic records
- Helping guests with luggage and simple requests
- Coordinating food/delivery orders when required
- Keeping reception and common areas organised
- Informing management about maintenance or guest issues
- Helping with other day-to-day hotel work
- RequirementsPolite and respectful with guests
- Basic Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and a smartphone
- Clean and presentable
- Honest, punctual and responsible
- Previous hotel/guest-house/PG experience preferred, but not compulsory
