Job Description
Humein ek experienced, responsible aur reliable All-Rounder Home Cook chahiye jo independently ghar ki daily cooking aur kitchen ke kaam handle kar sake. Candidate ko family ki preferences ke according different types ka food banana aana chahiye.
- Main Responsibilities:Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner aur snacks prepare karna.
- North Indian, South Indian, Chinese aur basic Continental dishes banana.
- Zarurat ke according Veg & Non-Veg food prepare karna.
- Daily/weekly menu planning karna.
- Kitchen ki cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karna.
- Sabzi cutting, chopping, cleaning, marination aur food preparation karna.
- Kitchen grocery ka stock check karna aur required items ki information dena.
- Food aur ingredients ko properly store karna aur food wastage avoid karna.
- Cooking ke baad utensils aur kitchen area ko clean rakhna.
- Food safety aur hygiene standards follow karna.
- Guests ya special occasions ke liye extra food preparation karna.
- Family members ki food preferences aur instructions follow karna.
- Multiple dishes ko efficiently manage karke time par food serve karna.
- Gas, oven, mixer, microwave, pressure cooker etc. ko safely use karna.
