Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Health Consultant to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, understanding their health-related needs, and guiding them toward suitable health programs and consultation plans. The candidate should be comfortable with consultative selling and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful sales
- Understand customer health requirements and recommend appropriate health
- programs/plans
- Explain services, packages, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential leads to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM/tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality during the sales process
