Job Description

We Are Hiring – Position: Manager – NBFC Operations, Compliance & Reporting Qualification: M. Com / Company Secretary (CS) preferred / experienced with Gold Loan company. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in an NBFC or financial services company preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handling NBFC operations, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting. Preparation, submission, and monitoring of CIMS returns and CIBIL/credit bureau reports. Familiarity with RBI guidelines, NBFC compliance requirements, and applicable regulatory filings. Ensuring timely submission of regulatory returns and accurate reporting. Skills: Practical knowledge of CIMS reporting and CIBIL/credit bureau reporting. Understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
