Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Check cleanliness and hygiene in the factory.
  • Ensure workers follow proper hygiene practices.
  • Check the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitor food production and handling processes.
  • Maintain daily food safety and quality records.
  • Check cleaning and sanitation activities.
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Report any quality or food safety issues to management.
  • Support food testing and sampling when required.
  • Ensure basic FSSAI food safety guidelines are followed.
  • Assist during inspections and audits.
  • Guide workers about basic food safety and hygiene practices.
