Job Description
Field Sales Executive – Shipping & Logistics
Shreedeep Shipping Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for business development in Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers and Traders for new business development.
• Promote our Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance and Transportation services.
• Generate new enquiries and develop new customers.
• Understand shipment requirements including POL, POD, cargo, container and shipment volume.
• Coordinate with our internal team for freight rates and quotations.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed shipments.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Submit daily visit, enquiry and follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly business and profitability targets.
Candidate Preference:
• B2B Field Sales experience required.
• Experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, CHA, Transportation or Export-Import industry will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with regular field visits across Delhi/NCR.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
Incentives are linked to actual business performance.
