Job Description

  • Conduct 8–10 customer visits weekly to identify opportunities, introduce products, initiate trials, and convert them into sales
  • Understand customer requirements and explain trial process, product benefits, and expected outcomes to technical teams
  • Coordinate with factory's technical, production, and quality teams during trials for smooth execution
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through new business development and conversions
  • Follow up on sample dispatches, approvals, trials, and commercial discussions until final conversion
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term growth
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, trials, and pipeline status for effective tracking
  • Reference check from customers from previous companies
