About HOS Food & Beverages
HOS Food & Beverages is a growing FMCG brand offering pickles, syrups, sauces and other food products made with a focus on natural ingredients, authentic taste and quality.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive retail sales, develop new market opportunities and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and other channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through market visits, cold calling and referrals.
- Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, general trade outlets and other potential retailers.
- Onboard new retailers and distributors for HOS products.
- Present products, pricing, schemes and margins to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and outlet acquisition targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and ensure repeat orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand HOS's retail presence.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain daily visit, lead, order and sales reports.

- Daily productive visits

- Repeat orders
- Market coverage and territory expansion
Compensation
Up to ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
Additional: Attractive performance-based incentives.
