Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through regular visits to their homes, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and acquiring new clients for various financial products such as credit cards, insurance sales, and field jobs.
• Develop strong understanding of client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product delivery or service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BFSI sales or a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for data analysis and reporting purposes (e.g., Excel).
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories for fieldwork.
