Job Description
Job Summary
A Field Sales Executive travels to meet clients in person. They grow the company's business by finding new customers. They work outside the office to present products and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to clients: Visit businesses and potential customers daily within an assigned area.
- Find new buyers: Search for new sales leads and make cold calls.
- Demonstrate products: Show customers how products work and explain their benefits.
- Build relationships: Maintain good connections with current clients to get repeat orders.
- Negotiate and close: Discuss prices, create sales contracts, and finalize deals.
- Track sales: Use software to record client details and log sales activities.
- Meet targets: Achieve monthly and weekly sales goals set by management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or a degree in marketing or business.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent speaking, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Time management: Ability to plan travel routes and daily schedules efficiently.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Stamina: Energy to travel and stay on your feet for long hours.
