Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paint & Coatings Division

Key Responsibilities



1. Expand Distribution & Market Development

2. Manage Dealers & Commercial Relationships

3. Drive Influencer Engagement & Activations

4. Reporting & Sales Strategy


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Full-time Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales. Prior exposure to paints, coatings, waterproofing, or structural building materials is highly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic numerical commercial awareness for preparing quotes and a proficiency in using mobile applications or MS Excel.
  • Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be highly comfortable traveling extensively within the local territory.
