Job Description
Generate leads for ISP/Broadband Internet connections through outbound calling, online platforms, references, and local market activities.
Contact potential customers and explain broadband plans, speed, pricing, offers, and installation process.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Maintain and update daily lead/customer data in Excel or CRM.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into broadband connections.
Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for successful customer onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer status.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about broadband services.
