Job Description
We are looking for a Field Executive to handle field visits, customer interactions, and day-to-day tasks as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers, clients, or assigned locations as required.
Collect and verify customer information and documents.
Explain products/services and address basic customer queries.
Coordinate with the internal team and provide regular updates.
Complete assigned field activities within the given timelines.
Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines during field visits.
