Position: Fashion Consultant Executive

We are looking for a fashion-savvy and customer-focused Fashion Consultant Executive to join our Delhi store.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and guide customers with fashion, styling, and product selection according to their preferences and requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide a professional and personalized shopping experience.
• Understand the brand’s products, collections, design language, and latest fashion trends.
• Suggest new styling ideas, fashion concepts, and creative inputs for upcoming collections.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions and recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the merchandising team to communicate requirements and ensure materials/products are prepared on time.
• Regularly follow up with the merchandising team regarding pending materials, samples, and customer requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service and fashion consultation.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, styling techniques, fabrics, and market preferences.
• RequirementsGood knowledge of fashion, styling, fabrics, and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new fashion and styling ideas.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the merchandising and internal teams.
• Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury fashion, styling, or customer consultation will be preferred.
