Lecturer / Faculty – Electronics & Communication Engineering (Diploma)

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

M.E./M.Tech. preferred.

Qualification should meet AICTE/State Technical Education norms where applicable.

Experience

4 years for freshers (depending on institute policy).

Teaching or industry experience in electronics, embedded systems, PCB design, or communication systems is preferred.

Experience handling diploma students is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Teach diploma subjects such as:

Basic Electronics Components

Electronic Devices & Circuits

Digital Electronics

Analog Electronics

Microprocessors & Microcontrollers

Communication Systems

Embedded Systems

Industrial Electronics

Conduct theory and extensive laboratory classes.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and question papers.

Evaluate students through internal assessments and practical examinations.

Guide mini-projects, industrial training, and seminars.

Maintain laboratory equipment and records.

Mentor students for placements, internships, and technical competitions.

Organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and workshops.

Perform academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

Hands-on experience with electronic instruments and laboratory equipment.

Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, embedded systems, and simulation tools (Proteus, Multisim, MATLAB, etc.).

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to motivate diploma students through practical learning. Salary 15k
