Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to manage electrical audits, repairs, maintenance, and infrastructure-related activities across multiple properties within the assigned city or region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular electrical audits and inspections across all properties.
2. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues reported at existing locations.
3. Perform routine electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation work.
4. Inspect electrical infrastructure at new properties before onboarding.
5. Support electrical work planning and execution at new locations.
6. Travel across assigned locations for audits, inspections, and maintenance activities.
7. Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and company guidelines.
8. Develop and maintain city-level SOPs and electrical maintenance records in coordination with the Infrastructure Executive.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Must be a trained or certified Electrician with relevant hands-on experience.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
3. Ability to independently identify electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
4. Basic plumbing knowledge will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with both electrical and plumbing skills.
5. Must be comfortable travelling across multiple locations within the assigned city or region.
6. Should have a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely resolution of issues.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000, depending on experience and skill level.
• Petrol/Travel Allowance: Applicable as per company policy.

Important Screening Criteria:

Please shortlist candidates who have practical electrical maintenance experience, can independently handle repair and troubleshooting activities, and are comfortable travelling across multiple locations. Candidates with additional plumbing skills should be prioritised.
