Job Description

Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face counselling.

Counsel students regarding B.Ed, D.El.Ed and other teacher & ug-pg education courses.

Understand students’ educational background and guide them about course eligibility, admission process, colleges, fees and documentation.

Follow up with enquiries and convert genuine leads into admissions.

Handle walk-in students professionally and provide complete admission guidance.

Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.

Achieve assigned admission/enquiry conversion targets.

Build a good relationship with students and parents.
