About the Role
Yash Skill Hub is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills and be comfortable interacting with students and parents to understand their career and education requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding suitable courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Understand students' requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fees, duration, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student counselling, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Comfortable working with admission/enrolment targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Candidates with experience in the education, training, coaching, or skill-development sector will be preferred.
