E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing optimization, inventory management, advertising campaigns, order management, sales growth, and account performance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete e-commerce business, improving product visibility, increasing sales and profitability, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management

• Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and account health.
• Manage Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images.
• Manage product catalogs, pricing, variations, attributes, and category mapping.
• Improve product visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates through listing optimization.
• Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.

3. Sales Growth & Advertising

• Plan and execute marketplace promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
• Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and available Meesho promotional tools.
• Monitor advertising spend, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, product ranking, and profitability.

4. Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Manage FBA and other applicable fulfillment models, where relevant.
• Minimize stockouts, excess inventory, cancellations, and return-related losses.

5. Business Analytics & Reporting

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketplace performance.
• Prepare reports on revenue, profit margins, advertising costs, returns, and inventory.
• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and product performance.
• Recommend strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

6. Account Health & Customer Experience

• Monitor account health, seller ratings, customer feedback, and policy violations.
• Resolve marketplace operational issues, payment discrepancies, and listing-related complaints.
• Manage returns, refunds, claims, and seller support escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
