Job Description: XZIZT PVT LTD is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online store operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory, processing online orders, coordinating with the warehouse, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on the company website.
• Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, prices and other details.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock updates.
• Process and monitor daily online orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and dispatch.
• Handle order cancellations, returns and exchanges.
• Manage product pricing, discounts and promotional offers.
• Monitor website performance and report issues.
• Maintain daily sales and order reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure accurate product information across all online platforms.
• RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in E-Commerce operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Shopify is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills).

Working Hours: Full-Time | As per company schedule.
