Job Description
* Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and account health
* Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes
* Manage Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns
* Monitor sales, advertising spend, ACoS, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics
* Plan marketplace promotions, deals, coupons, and sale-event participation
* Resolve listing suppression, catalog errors, payment issues, claims, and seller-support cases
* Coordinate with design, warehouse, and customer-support teams
* Analyse sales and advertising reports and prepare regular performance updates
* Track competitor pricing, listings, keywords, offers, and market trends
* Manage stock availability and avoid overstocking or stock-outs
* Handle reconciliation of orders, returns, commissions, and marketplace payments
