We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily order dispatch, shipment processing, courier coordination, and delivery tracking. The candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate dispatch records, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily order dispatch, packing coordination, and shipment processing.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transport companies.
- Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and delivery reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams.
- Handle dispatch-related issues, delays, returns, and replacements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and order processing.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, and ERP).
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
