📢 WE ARE HIRING – PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Company: Rawat Constructions 🏢
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Executive who can manage digital marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen our online presence in the real estate industry.
📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
- Create and upload engaging social media posts, reels, and stories.
- Visit real estate project sites to shoot property videos and short clips.
- Perform basic video editing and upload videos on YouTube.
- Monitor ad performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Support digital branding and online marketing activities.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Knowledge of social media management and basic video editing.
- Willingness to visit project sites for video shoots.
- Male candidates only.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Incentives
