Job Description
Job Description – Debt Recovery Executive
* Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
* Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely loan or credit card payments.
* Follow up on delinquent accounts while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.
* Update customer payment records and maintain accurate documentation in the system.
* Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment options.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account resolution.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
* Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
* Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management.
* Maintain positive customer relationships while maximizing debt recovery.
