Job Description

Enter and update customer, order, and product details in the company ERP/CRM.

Maintain accurate records of natural gemstones, jewellery, certifications, pricing, and stock.

Verify data accuracy and correct errors before submission.

Update inventory and sales records regularly.

Generate daily and weekly reports using MS Excel.

Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents.

Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for data updates.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
